EKiBS Förlag publishes books that derive their nourishment from the church's rich tradition of prayer and worship life. EKiBS Förlag belongs to the Ecumenical Community in Bjärka-Säby, which also publishes the ecumenical journal Pilgrim .

In the mid-2010s, EKiBS Förlag published Tideböner during the year. It comprises four weeks of daily liturgical prayers for ordinary time during the year and contains the Psalms in their entirety. It was the beginning of a long-term publication of seasonal prayer books for all times of the church year. Today there are supplementary prayer books for Advent, Lent, Easter and Christmas.
